About:
Jaamʿe Masjid Bellmore’s After-School Maktab Program is an age-based, comprehensive, on-site program centered on Qurʾānic reading (with a special focus on tajwīd) along with other essential Islamic disciplines.
The program caters to children, boys and girls, of elementary, middle and high school levels. It is a prime opportunity for school-going children to learn the essential tenets of their faith along with Islamic values and principles in a holistic environment.
